Overview

A family of two podcasts to get (+ keep) you running without losing your family, friends, job, or sanity! More than 1,000 (!) back episodes to enjoy. Every Friday on the original show (launched in 2011), host Sarah Bowen Shea, a mom of three and veteran of 14 marathons, is joined by a rotating cast of co-hosts and often a guest expert to discuss topics ranging from how to reach a big race goal to finding your athletic happy place, and everything in between. Training, nutrition, motivation, mental toughness, TMI issues: This ~hour-long show covers it all (and then some!).  Every Tuesday, Miles of Books drops, alternating Ellison Weist chatting fiction one week with Sarah Bowen Shea and non-fiction with Coach Liz Waterstraat and Sarah the next. In about 30 minutes, the hosts entice and entertain you with plot descriptions and pearls of training (and life!) advice to guide you to your next great reads.
