No, We Have Not Solved the Cost-of-Living Crisis | 7/10/25

We begin today with a presentation on all the conservative priorities that are being ignored or violated. Chief among them is that Trump continues to make terrible endorsements, now endorsing all the RINOs in the Texas legislature. Also, the courts continue to be a problem, and absent using must-pass legislation to kick the courts out of immigration enforcement, mass deportations are dead. Then there is the economy. We’re joined today by E.J. Antoni, chief economist for the Heritage Foundation, who demonstrates how we have not solved the cost-of-living crisis because it is caused by a degree of debt and asset bubbles that have not been addressed. He warns that simply lowering the federal funds rate will not solve the problem and will likely backfire. We also discuss the folly of populism, how it winds up continuing those same policies that lead to the disparity between income levels and the burden of inflation, and how free-market conservatism is the only viable solution.  Learn more about your ad choices. Status Quo Republicans Are Not an Option | 7/9/25

By now, the bloom is beginning to come off the GOP trifecta’s rose, as a lot of people realize that many of the campaign promises will not be fulfilled. Logic would dictate that we focus on primaries, particularly gubernatorial primaries. Yet the same people who complain about the status quo — yet also bemoan the creation of a new party — refuse to get involved in primaries. To that end, we continue our "meet the candidates" series. This time we’re joined by Iowa state Rep. Eddie Andrews (R), who is running for governor. He discusses his leadership role in fighting for property rights against carbon capture pipelines. He promises, as governor, to end all subsidies and favored treatment for green energy. As part of his fight for landowners, he is committed to abolishing property taxes. As for personal autonomy, Andrews has been leading on medical freedom. Andrews is an intriguing candidate because he is one of the most conservative members of the legislature but represents a Democrat district, demonstrating a strong appeal as a candidate.  Learn more about your ad choices. We’re Giving the Courts More Power than King George | 7/8/25

We begin by discussing the subversive way MAGA Inc. talks about Trump’s amnesty as if it’s not already being implemented and as if it’s not coming from him. Relatedly, they monetize content feigning outrage over court decisions yet continue to perpetuate the myth that courts nonetheless rule over the other branches. Today, I show how the injunction against defunding Planned Parenthood offers the clearest example of the moral hazard of the fallacy we call judicial supremacism. We are told that there is nothing a court cannot order, mandate, veto, or even fund and that it is self-executing on the other branches, something that does not happen the other way around against the judiciary. I prove once and for all why this is not the system we adopted and how Trump, by giving effect to these rulings, is creating a permanent structure of a level of judicial oligarchy not enjoyed by King George. Reactionary Retardation and Grift Prevent the Right from Succeeding | 7/7/25

Absent an affirmative, godly political movement, we are headed down a dark path. Today, I explain how the hyper-conspiratorial online Right breaks the brains of people and, mixed with the grift motive, is acculturating a new generation into reactionary desperation. I tie together the theories behind Epstein and the Trump assassination attempt and how these same people who simped for Trump are now confronted with their own man going to the other end of the spectrum on some of their theories. Meanwhile, at the policy level, we continue suffering so many left-wing policies, often with the support of Trump, but there is no movement or strategy to counter it. This is creating a degenerative spiral in which the more the failure theater perpetuates leftist policy, economic, and cultural successes, the more desperate and conspiratorial the right becomes. I shudder to think we are headed for a “European Right” dynamic in which we get the governance of Mitch McConnell with the subculture of neo-Nazis.  Learn more about your ad choices. What Is the Plan to Actually Implement Our Stated Beliefs Anywhere in This Country? | 7/3/25

On today’s special, extra-long July Fourth show, I tie in the lessons and ideals of the founding fathers to the time we are living in today. Weaving together the final thoughts on the budget reconciliation bill and judicial tyranny, I demonstrate how MAGA Inc. is subverting its own stated beliefs because it’s easier to declare victory on false hope rather than actually fight for results. As I predicted, the Supreme Court ruling on universal injunctions did nothing to stop the judicial tyranny. I list six reasons why that ruling was subversive. Yet MAGA leaders continue to perpetuate the myth of judicial supremacism in the Constitution when it flies in the face of the entire principle we celebrate on July Fourth. We need to have a plan. MAGA Inc.’s plan is to grift on social media off fake victories. It is incumbent upon us to formulate a real plan — if not federally, at least in a few states.   Learn more about your ad choices. It’s Time for Joni Ernst to Go! | 7/2/25

We are hearing endless excuses as to why the signature budget bill is not achieving its stated goals. The most prevalent excuse is that lawmakers don’t have the votes for conservative legislation. Well, if that is true, it’s because of people like Senator Joni Ernst (R-Iowa), who pushed for Green New Deal subsidies in the bill. So why is there no unified effort to remove people like her who will stand for re-election next year? We’re joined by our first primary challenger of the year, former Iowa state Senator Jim Carlin, who is running for U.S. Senate. He has been part of the grassroots effort to fight the Green New Deal land-grabs in Iowa and to elect better members to the legislature. He shows how Joni Ernst is the very embodiment of what everyone hates about corporatist Republicans and duplicitous campaign promises dying on the altar of special-interest politics. We cover his vision for Iowa landowners, medical freedom, and fixing the military-industrial complex. We will find out who truly believes in defeating RINOs and who is just in this business to make money.  Learn more about your ad choices. Visit megaphone.fm/adchoices

Stop the Gaslighting on Inflation and Invasion | 7/1/25

It’s time for MAGA Inc. to stop gaslighting us that somehow we are effectively solving the invasion and inflation. Today, I repudiate the vice president’s comments that somehow economics don’t matter because of immigration policy when in fact his economic model is partly responsible for Trump offering farm amnesty. Moreover, he is not accomplishing much on immigration. DeSantis’ Alligator Alcatraz demonstrates how much more the administration could have been accomplishing. Don’t let people offer you false choices between failure theater and desperation. The Florida model is a control group on what could be accomplished. Meanwhile, Florida RINO Byron Donalds is taking credit for ideas he scoffed at and is cozying up to those who tried to prevent DeSantis from enforcing immigration law. How the Welfare State Is Undermining the Deportation Agenda | 6/30/25

Trump promised to cut inflation and to orchestrate mass deportations. However, his fiscal agenda is undermining his ability to find American workers to replace the illegal aliens. Trump is making the case that we need illegal aliens for blue-collar jobs, but today I make the case why it’s his affinity for Medicaid and refusal to cut spending that is actually disincentivizing Americans to take these jobs. The spending and money-printing are making the cost of living unaffordable, plus recipients get free health care without working, so it’s not worth it for Americans to take these jobs. Now Republicans are suffering all the liabilities of cutting spending without actually doing it and reaping the benefits. I also articulate an economic message Trump could use for younger voters but is sadly missing the opportunity to do so.   Learn more about your ad choices. Visit megaphone.fm/adchoices

Why Is the Surveillance & Biomedical Security State Continuing? | 6/27/25

We begin with a free-for-all Friday rundown of the latest news stories about the terrible reconciliation bill, bad endorsements from Trump, and more signs of stagflation. The court decision against universal injunctions is one positive story, but there is a huge catch. Also, why is the new CDC director unquestionably defending mRNA shots? Why is this administration continuing the biomedical security state under the mantle of MAHA? Indeed, there is a difference between MAHA and the “medical freedom movement," like the difference between a sword and a shield. We’re joined by Hebrew University professor Josh Guetzkow, who just published a pre-print study of a massive population of pregnant women in Israel showing a shocking safety signal from the COVID shots. The COVID shots were associated with a significant increase in fetal deaths among pregnant women who received the shot during the first trimester. Josh discusses how his study is the most airtight to date and how this signal has been ignored until now. He also reviews his findings from two years ago on how the shots given to the public by Pfizer are not the ones studied in clinical trials, yet even the Trump administration continues to assert that they have been studied and properly approved.  Learn more about your ad choices. The Next Steps in Implementing Transactional Gold Currency | 6/26/25

We begin with some foreign policy news to show once again that the grifters were wrong about everything about the war. Plus, they don’t seem to be bothered by Trump’s waffling on Ukraine. Next, I discuss the bottom line about the reconciliation bill, how inflation is not being dealt with, and how the Trump administration is fundamentally misdiagnosing the housing problem. We’re joined by Kevin Freeman for an update on the transactional gold movement, the only functional solution to inflation. The movement is on the cusp of adding a fifth state to the list of those that have adopted transactional accounts into law. We discuss the next steps in expeditiously implementing the accounts. We need a solid comptroller in Texas (I’m supporting Don Huffines), and most importantly, Trump must issue an executive order exempting transactional gold from capital gains taxes. We must stay vigilant, because some banking interest will try to strangle this amazing idea at the executive and regulatory levels. Learn more about your ad choices. Visit megaphone.fm/adchoices

The Florida Model: Time to Floor the Gas Pedal in Red States | 6/25/25

Americans are shocked watching New York City nominate an Islamist communist as the mayor of America’s largest city. I delve into the factors that led to this day and how red states must begin to fortify — otherwise they will be taken over too. That begins by electing leaders in primaries who take Florida’s model to the next level rather than typical do-nothing Republicans. Next, we’re joined by Florida state Sen. Jay Collins (R), fresh off his rescue mission that successfully evacuated 2,000 Americans from Israel. He describes the unique dangers and challenges of that mission and how the partnership between special operators and Florida’s best agency leaders accomplished what nobody else did. Collins explains how there is an entire generation of combat veterans who feel even more passionate about using their expertise to help Americans than they did fighting overseas. The way of the future is expanding on Florida’s model of partnering with charitable organizations and private experts to accomplish what other government cannot do. The tip of the spear is our veteran community.  Learn more about your ad choices. Visit megaphone.fm/adchoices

Don’t Lose Sight of the Major Accomplishment Against Iran | 6/24/25

We begin today by contrasting Trump’s style toward domestic policy and toward foreign policy. His instincts and trolling are a great asset with foreign policy, and we saw this embodied in his willingness to bomb Iran’s nuclear program. On the other hand, the flattery and lack of attention to details is killing us on so many domestic issues. He just wants a “deal” and a talking point. We’re joined later on by Lee Smith of Tablet magazine, who is very bullish on Trump’s overall performance in the Iran war. He believes the influencer army is irrelevant and losing the fight. He also believes many of them are simply motivated by Jew-hatred and valorizing stupidity. Smith believes that despite some of the rhetoric from today, we must all celebrate the overall mission as a smashing success.  Learn more about your ad choices. Visit megaphone.fm/adchoices

The Online Noise Machine Is Attacking Trump for the Wrong Betrayal | 6/23/25

The online Right is busy criticizing Trump for attacking Iran after the country is already extremely weak. I explain why these commentators continue to utilize false choices and straw-man arguments, a point JD Vance himself made last week. Israel is actually ensuring that we can pull out of the Middle East. The online Right should be more concerned about what Trump is doing domestically. The courts are mowing down every one of his agenda items, and he refuses to lean into the debate in Congress. Now, Republicans are using the Senate parliamentarian to claim they can’t put any good provisions in the one bill they plan to pass with 51 votes. I debunk the notion that the parliamentarian has the final say over anything.  Learn more about your ad choices. Visit megaphone.fm/adchoices

How Social Media Is Breaking People’s Brains | 6/20/25

How is it that the entirety of right-leaning media went from loving Israel to hating Israel at lightning speed? I explain how social media creates tunnel vision and precipitates a frenzy of self-confirmation of one’s niche business model whereby the business model drives the fact pattern rather than facts driving the social media brand. We cut through false choices and red herrings about what Israel means and doesn’t mean to America. Also, I explain how there have been numerous opportunities to cut off funding to and lobbying from terror-supporting nations, yet those who yell about foreign aid and influence seem to only care about one country, even as Trump offers new aid to Qatar. The time has come to cut off all foreign lobbying equally. Then again, the Twitter dimwits couldn’t care less about achieving the results of their mindless chatter because their mindless chatter is the result.  Learn more about your ad choices. Why Farm Worker Amnesty Is the Worst Form of Illegal Immigration | 6/19/25

Contrary to Trump’s assertion that we need illegal alien farm workers, today I explain how they actually serve the business model of the cartels, bringing drug trafficking, crime, drunk driving, and cultural subversion into our most pristine rural counties. We’re joined by Jason Richwine,  a resident scholar at the Center for Immigration Studies, who blows up the myth that entire industries absolutely need foreign labor to function. We touch on economic arguments, but also cultural problems. This farm labor greed is destroying the social cohesion of many communities. He also explains the problem with Trump’s plans to expand foreign student university attendance and grant them green cards. Also, what’s up with the Trump Gold Cards? Understanding the Recklessness of the Online Right’s Grift | 6/18/25

Bookmark today’s show as the Rosetta stone to understanding the hypocritical and feckless behavior of so much of the online Right. They might not influence the people, but they definitely influence the Trump White House. Today I explore why it is that they are lambasting Trump over a war that is under control and that they have suffered nothing for, but refuse to actually fight Trump on other betrayals that cut to the core of America First. The answer is that America First is just a slogan for their digital locker room where they create a self-licking ice cream cone of groupthink, demagoguery, and sophistry. So we get all the stupid and degeneracy, but never even achieve the stated objectives because they don’t believe their own talking points. It’s all a game. This is why, for example, they don’t care that the Florida attorney general just bucked a federal judge, nor will they demand that Trump do the same.  Learn more about your ad choices. Florida’s Unbelievable Rescue of Americans Trapped in Israel | 6/17/25

We begin by discussing the enigma of online influencers who supported many of Trump’s liberal policies, but then choose the one issue that is absolutely in the right to savage him. I explain how Trump’s first-term policy on ISIS is actually the perfect model of crushing an enemy in a way that speaks to the strength of the military without involving us in nation-building. Next, there is something going on in Israel that you all need to know about. While the federal government has no plan to evacuate Americans from the war zone, Florida is partnering with a group of veterans to get out thousands of trapped citizens. A Realist Look at the Iran War from a Nationalist Conservative Leader in Israel | 6/16/25

On today’s special edition, I begin by offering my observations on the first three days of war between Israel and Iran. At some point, we need to restore the laws of just war fighting if we are going to defeat savages. We’re joined by Yoram Hazony live from Israel for an on-the-ground perspective, as well as thoughts on American and nationalist foreign policy in general. Yoram makes the case that both hyper-interventionists and the new “peace movement” suffer from the same illness of utopianism. True realists and nationalists understand inherent human evil and the need to keep it in check without trying to micromanage the world. To that end, Yoram makes the case for America following Reagan’s approach to the Falklands War with Britian and standing up Israel and a long-term bulwark in the region. This is not an exercise in dragging us into war, but quite the contrary: Standing up strong regional allies is the key to protecting our interests without being embroiled in every conflict. We also discuss the spiritual trend in Israel, as the society is becoming more religious than ever.  Learn more about your ad choices. Visit megaphone.fm/adchoices

They explain how last night’s successful strikes prove the growing reactionary forces on the Right wrong. With broad and penetrating analysis, David and Kyle unravel the timing, significance, and consequence of Israel’s dismantling of Iran. Trump has now come out in favor of more illegal slave workers as well as Chinese visas, but the “influencers” will slop up any dredge thrown in the trough. I weave in foreign policy, immigration, AI policy, China policy, and fiscal and economic policy to show how those who are devoid of beliefs in pursuit of rhetoric and talking points wind up subverting those very talking points in short order. One Step Forward, Two Steps Back on Vaccines? | 6/11/25

We begin today discussing Trump’s trade deal with China. On the one hand, we were supposed to use tariffs to decouple from China, but this deal ensures that we get all the pain of tariffs but still rely on China for critical components plus bring in an unlimited supply of Chinese spies through visas. Next, we’re joined by Nicolas Hulscher, epidemiologist at the McCullough Foundation, for a wide-ranging discussion on the progress and concerns on vaccines under the Trump administration. Hulscher explains why Kennedy’s firing of ACIP members is transformational. At the same time, the approval of new, dangerous COVID and meningococcal vaccines violates his policy of only approving vaccines with valid control groups. We also discuss the shocking new reports on the scope of COVID vaccine death and new research that SIDS is caused by vaccines. Finally, I get Hulscher’s thoughts on the Chinese bio-terror ring uncovered at his alma mater, the University of Michigan, at a time when Trump is promising to bring in more Chinese to our universities.    Learn more about your ad choices. Digital Dystopia and AI Data Center Techno-Fascism | 6/10/25

We begin with an update on the riots and the need for Republicans to stick the landing on immigration enforcement in the must-pass bills. Next, we’re joined by Patrick Wood, editor of Technocracy, who is warning that the nightmare of AI and technocratic control is upon us. We analyze Louisiana Republican Speaker Mike Johnson’s statement promoting an effort to crush state regulations of AI and data centers. Patrick connects the dots between tech donors, David Sacks, and this sudden obsession with AI data centers, 15-minute “freedom cities,” and tokenized currency. How Trump Can Use the LA Riots to Finally End the Invasion | 6/9/25

This is a chance for redemption. After choking on the BLM riots in his first term, Trump has a chance not only to put down the L.A. riot itself, but to use the imagery of the invasion to finally end illegal immigration as we know it. Given the clear imagery of an invasion, Trump needs to finally either ignore the courts or demand that judicial reform be placed in reconciliation. Rather than pressuring conservatives to pass one big bill, Trump should divide the bill into two and immediately pass the immigration component. I also list a number of other federal and state action items to facilitate mass deportations. Also, Trump must stop endorsing politicians who claim to want border security but continue to ask for more cheap labor.  Learn more about your ad choices. Visit megaphone.fm/adchoices

Debunking Con Inc. Gaslighting on Inflation and the Budget Bill | 6/6/25

We were all sick of the laptop class during the Biden years gaslighting working Americans into thinking the economy was just fine and inflation was transitory. Today, I cut through the lies and false choices surrounding the economy, fiscal issues, and the budget reconciliation bill. The Vision and Message that Are Lacking in Trump’s BBB | 6/5/25

We begin today by celebrating Trump’s travel ban but also cautioning that he needs to expand it beyond data-sharing to vetting Sharia, anti-American beliefs. Next, we’re joined by economist Brian Wesbury for a discussion about inflation and the Trump reconciliation bill. Wesbury cuts through the gaslighting and excuses to show that the bill fails to deal with the fundamental issue of our time. Republicans have failed to convey to the American people how welfare and entitlements are both responsible for inflation and also depressing income. He offers us a crash course in economics that Republicans in Congress can sure use. The 3 Gaping Holes in Trump’s Immigration Promises | 6/4/25

Today, we discuss three aspects of Trump’s original campaign promises from 2015 on immigration that he has ignored this time: a ban on Muslim immigration, a ban on Chinese immigration, and serious reforms to worker visas undermining American workers. Today, I explain that in light of the Boulder terrorist and the rise of anti-Semitism, Trump has a greater rationale and mandate for a moratorium than ever before. Also, with more Chinese spies arrested, why are we not cutting off visas from China? Finally, the tech worker visa fraud is so indefensible that even Democrats can’t defend it. Are There Any Sacred Beliefs on the Right Any More? | 6/2/25

Today, I offer a deep-dive diagnosis of what is ailing conservative media and how it seeps into administration policy. What you’re supposed to do is craft talking points in pursuit of fixed policy objectives. Instead we craft policies to fit ephemeral talking points. We develop cults of personality, mannerisms, subcultures, and vapid parlance. Those influencing these trends become the cool kids — most of whom are being paid off. I explain how this trend is influencing foreign policy and social policy at the same time and tie it to the Glenn Greenwald scandal. We have unbelievable momentum against the homosexual agenda, yet the fake Right is trying to subvert and inhibit that momentum. Also, there is a constant struggle on vaccines, and this is borne out by the conflicting guidance we are seeing from the CDC this week. We begin today’s show with a look at the courts and how all three Trump SCOTUS appointees continue to subvert the agenda, despite throwing us a few bones on the most egregious lower-court rulings. We’re joined by Andy Roth, president of the State Freedom Caucus Network, for an analysis of what went wrong and right with this year’s legislative sessions. He points out that where the Freedom Caucuses were already large, such as Wyoming and South Dakota, we’re already achieving policy victories. Where they are smaller, we are still in the exposure phase, which is important. Why Federal Reserve and Freddie/Fannie Manipulation Are the Source of Inflation | 5/29/25

We’re at another crossroads. There is a growing sense on the Right that we have not solved the inflation and deportation issues. The question is will we make the right plays to achieve them. This begins with a recognition that unless we ignore the courts or strip their jurisdiction in must-pass legislation, this presidency is doomed. Next, we’re joined by Alex Pollock, a banking expert at the Mises Institute, who warns that not only have we failed to solve inflation, but some of the current proposals from both parties will further exacerbate it. He explains how the Federal Reserve keeps a Ponzi scheme paid for by consumers in the form of high prices. He also believes that the Fed is fully controlled by Congress and not independent. Relatedly, Pollock believes that complaining about interest rates is addressing the symptom of the very problems created by the "easy money" cartel. Also, he believes it is a mistake to turn Freddie and Fannie back into venture socialist GSE status, which allows for crony private profit off the risk of taxpayers. More easy money and subsidized credit are what got us here; they sure won’t solve inflation.  Learn more about your ad choices. Visit megaphone.fm/adchoices

The bad news is that Con Inc. people fail to see that they are the problem.  Today, I debunk all of the myths around low expectations for budget reconciliation, budget bills, discretionary vs. mandatory spending, and why their defense of the big, ugly bill is built upon a series of false premises. The bottom line is that Trump needs to be pressured to focus on the right issues, leverage points, primaries, and legislative fights.  Rather than doing so, Con Inc. people treat him like a god, which allows Trump to support the RINOs. The FDA Guidance on COVID Vaccine Is Subversive | 5/23/25

First, we tackle the latest cases in the Supreme Court. The justices are behaving exactly as I predicted — giving Trump small victories on issues that should never be adjudicated while allowing lower courts to mow down the core of his agenda. Relying on the Supreme Court is a fool’s errand. Next, we’re joined by Dr. Lynn Fynn, one of our hero COVID doctors, who warns us that the new administration is being subversive on COVID vaccines. Although the new guidance appears to be incremental approval at the surface level, if you look at the guidance and accompanying statements, it is actually a limited hangout designed to cement the core of the respiratory viral vaccine agenda. Officials refuse to recognize safety issues, negative efficacy, viral immune escape, and DNA contamination, just to mention a few. He criticizes his House colleagues for missing the main goal of reducing deficits driving inflation. Johnson shows how everything surrounding this bill is rhetoric vs. reality. He also updates us on his investigation into vaccine injury, and he now has proof that the government knew about young athletes dying of myocarditis and purposely declined to issue a public warning. He provides the vision on health care and spending that Republicans either don’t believe in or are too scared to articulate. Johnson is promising to force a course correction on the bill. How Qatar Is Buying the American Right with Blood Money | 5/21/25

We begin today’s show with a quick update on budget reconciliation and how it’s being jammed down the throats of conservatives with no vision on how to solve our major problems. While MAGA Inc. con artists like to whine about narrow majorities with purple districts, they are silent about red-state betrayals on policy and primaries, including terrible Trump endorsements. Next, we’re joined by investigative journalist Jay Solomon, who is out with a bombshell expose in the Free Press detailing how Qatar funds and influences our government at every level. In particular, Qatar has recently been influencing so many politicians and media figures on the Right. We delve into each of those levels of subversion and how it seems to be directing our foreign policy. Qatar now also invests in so much of our critical infrastructure. Are we on the cusp of creating China 2.0, with an Islamic twist? Learn more about your ad choices. Visit megaphone.fm/adchoices

Why Is Trump Admin Continuing H-1B/OPT Scam? | 5/20/25

We begin with a report from Trump’s visit to House Republicans regarding budget reconciliation. Trump continues to lash out at conservatives, as we incur all the liabilities of populism but receive none of the benefits. Relatedly, we’re joined by Kevin Lynn, executive director of the Institute for Sound Public Policy, who is sounding the alarm that nothing seems to be changing regarding student and worker visas. Trump has just approved a new batch of 120,000 H-1B visas without even instituting the reforms from his first term. Lynn goes through the data on how the tech labor market is in the trash, yet the forces of collusive nepotism are trying to leave no job for Americans. We cover many aspects of this collusive nepotism and how it has bled into Trump donors and advisers. We need a course correction fast, because Trump has the full legal authority to institute these reforms without Congress. Learn more about your ad choices. Visit megaphone.fm/adchoices

Triple Crown of Failure: Courts, Budget, and Trump Endorsements | 5/19/25

There are only three ways to achieve the election goals: Trump ignoring the courts, fighting for the prerogatives in must-pass bills, and endorsing challengers against RINOs. Instead, Trump is refusing to ignore the courts while also declining to fight to fix the judicial problems in must-pass bills. I provide updates on the budget reconciliation fight and how conservatives are getting rolled thanks to Trump’s pressure. MAGA Inc. members are complaining about Biden’s lie about his cancer diagnosis, yet they are the ones pressuring conservatives to preserve his policy legacy. Finally, on the endorsement front, Trump continues to support every incumbent RINO. All conservative media want is a reality TV show while negating their own stated interests on actual policy outcomes.  Learn more about your ad choices. Visit megaphone.fm/adchoices

The One Big, Ugly Bill | 5/15/25

Why is it that there are only a handful of conservatives pushing to fulfil the immigration mandate, fight inflation, or even repeal the Green New Deal? Why is it that we have only one good governor? Because we have an industry of people who want to be someone rather than a movement of those who want to do something. Next,  we’re joined by Rep. Thomas Massie (R-Ky.), who explains why he plans to vote against the reconciliation bill as written. He artfully exposes all the gimmicks in the bill to show how there is not a single transformational policy change or meaningful cut. At the same time, there are so many new entitlements created with a strategic expiration date that will continue to perpetuate the cycle of lobbying and governance by fiscal cliff. Also, not only did lawmakers fail to repeal the Green New Deal, they actually make the solar panel industry an even greater monopoly. Learn more about your ad choices. Visit megaphone.fm/adchoices

Qatar, Monetization of MAGA, and Astroturfing the Right | 5/14/25

Isn’t it uncanny how there are so many inorganic and foreign views that suddenly percolate on right-leaning media? We’re joined by Park MacDougald, a writer at Tablet magazine who has been connecting some of the dots with Qatari influence, Don Jr.’s ties to the Middle East, dominance of conservative media, and a sudden shift in views from so many people. In a freewheeling discussion, Park and I discuss the concern of Qatar’s shocking influence over our government with a bunch of recent policy changes. At the same time, Park believes that some of Trump’s policies might be motivated by other considerations, although a lot of MAGA media are attempting to steer the White House into their views that have suspiciously become pro-Qatari. This is very concerning because those who decry Israel’s influence somehow have no regard for the Muslim Brotherhood’s influence of every facet of our politics, including their own views. Deportations Being Hijacked by Bizarre Tax Policy | 5/13/25

Every bit of political capital should have been spent from day one on securing the authorities and resources for mass removals. Instead, it’s been hijacked by tax policy. I first discuss the tax provisions, which are random, bizarre, and, in some cases, pure socialism. We’re joined by RJ Hauman, president of the National Immigration Center for Enforcement, who updates us on his concern that the tax focus has overshadowed deportations. He believes that too much of the budgetary scoring is being used for tax provisions or even wasteful border and defense provisions when the key is ICE funding for detention and removal operations. He is also fighting to keep out bad provisions, such as the “gold cards” and paying illegal aliens a bonus to leave. Learn more about your ad choices. Visit megaphone.fm/adchoices

The FBI Swamp Is Not Being Drained | 5/12/25

We begin with updates on reconciliation. Not a single transformational provision is in the bill, and there are numerous problematic provisions. It codifies Biden’s levels of Medicaid spending, which negates Trump’s entire strategy of bringing down prescription drug prices. The more we print money to subsidize the scam, the more it bids up prices. Next, we’re joined by former FBI whistleblower Steve Friend, who has a sobering analysis of what has and hasn’t been done at his former agency under the new administration. Friend raises concerns that too many bad actors have not been fired while at the same time the whistleblowers have not been restored. He believes that its new leadership is mistakenly taking a “hearts and minds” approach to the swamp rather than orchestrating a violent takeover. He believes that instead the FBI leadership needs to take the teeth of enforcement out of the FBI or focus its purview on a narrow set of complex international crimes. If we fail to do so, Friend believes that coupled with AI technology and existing FISA 702 authorities, the FBI will be a worse nightmare than we could even imagine under the next Democrat president. Why the Courts Continue to Be a One-Way Street for Conservatives | 5/9/25

The very RINOs who are undermining Trump’s agenda are bizarrely securing his endorsement. We begin by showing once again how the endorsements are killing any effort to pass a MAGA agenda. I also comment on the latest policy jockeying with the reconciliation bill. Next, we’re joined by constitutional law professor Josh Blackman for another discussion about judicial supremacy, recent political court cases, and the trajectory of their outcomes. Professor Blackman is not very optimistic in the long run that the Roberts court will fundamentally clip the wings of radical lower courts on enough cases. He offers some fascinating examples of hypocrisy with Roberts rushing in to overturn conservative lower courts while using the emergency shadow docket to keep terrible lower-court rulings alive, even when those issues are pressing. He also believes we are about to get screwed on birthright citizenship at the Supreme Court. The only solution is for other branches to grab back that power. The Florida attorney general is providing us with the test case. Learn more about your ad choices. Visit megaphone.fm/adchoices

Enough Excuses: Lead or Get Out of the Way | 5/8/25

MAGA Inc. claims to support all of our causes — from deportations and cutting spending to medical freedom, diminishing the FBI, and primarying RINOS. So why don’t you actually lead? Instead, in case after case, Trump is subverting those causes, and all we get are excuses and low expectations. If Trump feels stymied by the courts, he either needs to take a page out of the Florida attorney general’s book or demand that his priorities be placed in reconciliation. Next, I delve into the Casey Means nomination for surgeon general and the disturbing trend of random people and policies popping up at HHS and also other areas like foreign policy and how this ties back to Tucker Carlson, Don Jr., and Arab Qatari money. Why Don’t We Focus on Legislatures and Governors | 5/7/25

I begin with the perfect parable to explain the shortsightedness of the Right in ignoring the opportunities conservatives have in deep-red states. While we have done a few good things in a few states, for the most part, we have failed to pass transformational legislation on most of our priorities. As an example, we focus today on Tennessee and are joined by Gary Humble, executive director of Tennessee Stands. He shows how most of the important bills on immigration and medical freedom were blocked by RINOs and the governor, while they passed terrible bills to abolish local conventions in favor of open primaries. You will come away from today’s episode with a full understanding of where things stand in almost every red state, the potential that exists, and how we will continue to fail if we don’t create organizations like Tennessee Stands and if we fail to reform the primary process. Anarcho-Tyranny: National ID for Citizens, Endless Due Process for Illegal Aliens | 5/6/25

The entire congressional agenda is about sophistry and small-ball items with no narrative or vision to take to the voters. Yet when it comes to Real ID, something all voters, including liberals, hate, suddenly there is a rush to implement it after 20 years of delays. We’re joined today by Rep. Eric Burlison (R-Mo.), who is one of the few members raising concerns about the Trump administration’s implementation of Real ID. As someone who follows the issue of gun registries, Burlison is concerned that a Democrat president will turn Real ID into a mass surveillance state and eventually use it as a global ID that could lead to policies like vaccine passports. This is part of a broader anarcho-tyranny whereby our government casts a wide net around civil liberties under the guise of security but then fails to actually deliver when it comes to security issues. Burlison also warns that leadership is telling the RINOs the spending cuts are not real or will be gutted by the Senate. Finally, we discuss the disturbing decision from the Trump DOJ to keep Biden’s dangerous abortion pill regulation that turns every mailbox into an abortion clinic and plans to fight red states seeking to overturn it.  Learn more about your ad choices. What’s Up with RFK Jr. and the COVID Shots? | 5/5/25

We cannot allow ourselves to be distracted by political squirrels and symbolism while losing the issues on substance. Trump needs to lead by calling policy plays on judicial reform in reconciliation. Next, we’re joined by hero ENT specialist Dr. Mary Talley Bowden, who is warning about the pattern of underperformance both at the federal level and in red states on rectifying the mistakes of COVID and banning the COVID shots. Why are the COVID shots still on the CDC’s childhood schedule? Why is there more funding into flu vaccines? Bowden boldly asserts that MAHA was designed as a redirection movement to focus on dyes in food rather than the 800-pound gorilla. Dr. Bowden also updates us on state based initiatives and how the Texas Medical Board is still destroying her career for trying to treat COVID patients in distress. How is there no national movement to pressure Governor Abbott (R) and Texas leaders to pass reforms to the medical tyranny in what should be a red state? Learn more about your ad choices. Sen. Ron Johnson: The Man Standing Up to Uniparty Debt, Inflation, and Bankruptcy | 5/2/25

The way to fulfill the mandate on inflation and invasion is to make sure our pressure on the White House is equal to the counter-pressure from the special interests. I discuss how Trump must champion judicial reform in budget reconciliation and how exactly it can be done. Also, why is it always Chip Roy having to fight every battle in the House? On the Senate side, Sen. Ron Johnson (R-Wis.) is leading the fight for a better budget reconciliation bill. He joins us today to lay out his vision and strategy for re-focusing budget reconciliation to actually cut spending. He lays out the problem and the solution in great detail and calls on Trump to lead. The current one-bill strategy was a mistake on multiple fronts, and the senator is promising that no amount of pressure will get him to relent. Learn more about your ad choices. Texas Republicans Expose the Entire GOP as a Fraud | 5/1/25

There is nowhere to run or hide from GOP perfidy in supermajority red states where Democrats are a non-factor. We begin by going over a list of Republican betrayals in a bunch of deep-red states. Nowhere is this more evident than in Texas. We’re joined by our good friend Texas state Rep. Brian Harrison (R), who exposes that not only are House Republican leaders blocking good bills, they are now passing bills to expand corporate welfare, grow the budget, and censor political speech. They have literally empowered Democrats to preside over the chamber. What’s worse, they are using a lackluster “school choice” bill to absolve themselves from subverting us on every other issue. Finally, I discuss the problem with Trump not promising to endorse every Texas RINO and how he continues to fight conservatives but won’t condemn the RINOs when they block his stated policies and even Senate nominees.  Learn more about your ad choices. The Rising Star for South Dakota Governor | 4/30/25

The economy was in bad shape under Biden and will continue to slide into stagflation until we get spending back to pre-COVID levels. I go through an assortment of statements from various Republicans demonstrating how they don’t have plans to meaningfully cut a single program. Next, we’re joined by South Dakota House Speaker Jon Hansen (R) and his speaker pro tem, Karla Lems, who have announced their run for governor and lieutenant governor, respectively. They discuss their record of fighting for landowners and how they plan to take it to the next level in the executive branch. Hansen is promising to make South Dakota the graveyard for the Green New Deal, stand up to the special interests, block left-wing initiative petitions, and cut property taxes. How is he different from other candidates? He actually single-handedly fought for these ideals when it was hard and when it actually mattered. Learn more about your ad choices. Fighting for Religious Liberty … in Oklahoma?! | 4/29/25

Everyone is commenting on the Canadian elections, but what most on the Right are missing is that we are on our way to becoming like Canada in the sense that we can’t elect conservatives even in culturally conservative parts of the nation. I raise concerns about Greg Abbott’s comments that Trump will endorse Texas RINOs. Next, we’re joined by Nathan Dahm, director of the Oklahoma Freedom Caucus, who briefs us on a Supreme Court case stemming from liberal Republican Attorney General Gentner Drummond suing the state school board for approving charter school status for a Catholic school. What’s worse is that the state supreme court sided with him! Dahm explains why Oklahoma’s institutions continue to be liberal despite the state’s voting patterns. The Freedom Caucus is battling entrenched RINOs who are blocking judicial reform and education reform and are also trying to gum up the primaries. Learn more about your ad choices.
