1:18.4	Today, I want to talk about other things as well, including health effects, the noise.
1:25.0	What happens when you have an unnatural growth of the most, the largest hyperscale
1:31.6	in terms of size and number that we've ever had, what that does to an area when it doesn't
1:38.9	go through the typical trial and error process of organic market demand, but it's gaslit by a frantic government
1:47.2	emergency like they did during COVID. And we're going to bring back one of our old COVID guests
