0:55.4	feeling that way maybe that fear the anxiety the stress the pressure the
1:00.3	uncertainty as you're feeling that you're pushing that to everyone you
1:05.2	communicate to or worse you're getting at a foxhole and you're not talking to
1:09.8	anybody and you know what that is a vicious cycle. That is a horrible place to be. You got to
1:16.2	communicate, you got to reach out, you got to ask for help when you're in that
