1:07.2	We are also hiring a program manager, actually a programs manager, and this person will
1:14.1	be responsible for managing and overseeing all of the incredible coaching programs that we
1:21.2	offer our clients and our students and our followers. So that means any program that we run,
1:27.0	whether that is coaching people directly or our new coach certification,
1:31.2	the program manager is in charge of making sure that all of those programs are delivering incredible results in transformation for our clients,
1:40.0	are running seamlessly and smoothly, and are doing the work that we need to do in the world.
