So this is not a normal mindset Monday, but these are not normal times.

If I was sitting down with you one on one right now, I would say to you, I don't care what

industry you're in, I don't care what you're doing.

I got three rules right now.

Number one is safety first. It's about safety.

Taking care of you, taking care of your family, taking care of your coworkers, taking

care of your clients, taking care of your tribe. Like now more than ever protect your tribe. You with me?

Safety, that's number one. Number two I would say to you, this is the time that your

brand is made. So it's about building your brand. This is not the time to get into a foxhole and start to hide.

This is the time where you have to reach out and say, how can I be of service? How can I deliver value? What can I do? And there's so many ways you can do it.

You could literally be telling your friends I'm doing yoga live on Zoom 9 o'clock Monday morning.

And you know what? You should join me me if you need to go read kids

children books via Zoom for people that are your friends because they need to see a

different face to interrupt the pattern for your kids that's what you should be

doing right now the more you can make a

difference right now for people the bigger your brand will be and this is not about

you trying to be a star this is about you bringing humanity during a crazy time. You with me? That's what

this is about. Bring humanity to a crazy time. And then the third thing is it's all

about backside protection.

If you're a business owner like I am, you need to be saying to yourself,

okay, if I go into a foxhole, if I stop working,

if I allow myself to panic, if I allow myself to freak out, then guess what's going to happen?
