0:07.3	We've been in a series of podcasts on the theme of differentiation and talked about growing in differentiation,
0:17.0	a couple of parts on that, leadership lessons from David's life, Ten questions to ask in the crucible of the severe testing moments of differentiation.
0:26.8	And today I want to kind of transition a bit, but stay in the theme by talking about integrity. Your integrity and your leadership.
0:34.7	And I'm going to call this actually your integrity in your leadership part one.
0:38.9	And what I'm going to do is it's kind of bring to kind of a closure, this theme of differentiation
