In yesterday's episode, we started, as always, in day one of a series with a visualization.

In day two, you're guided with an affirmation. An affirmation is a positive statement that you repeat with consciousness, full awareness of what you want to achieve in your life.

So it's not stated randomly.

It is not magical thinking.

It's a way to begin to retrain your thoughts.

And just like the saying goes the people you spend the most time with you become like well the thoughts you're most likely to think create your reality.

And research shows that depending on the study,

80 to 90% of the thoughts most people think each day,

all day long as they go throughout their days, are repetitive

negative thoughts.

So we, many of us, can go around repeating the same negative thoughts day after day, week after week, month after month, even year after year.

So you might think about some of those thoughts that you notice that are repetitive, negative

And you might even consider consider are those thoughts real this is a week about becoming

rooted in what's real it's your chance to ground yourself in truth you may not often stop to really think about the thoughts you're thinking. You may
