And I am honored to share this week's meditation journey with you.

0:30.1

Every week we explore a theme.

0:33.4

And the theme you're exploring this week is to become rooted in what's real, to discover

0:42.1

your grounding truth.

0:45.2

And I decided to create this series because of all the uncertainty you might be experiencing

0:52.5

in your own personal life, in the world around you,

0:57.0

in perhaps your health, your career, relationships, whatever it is that might cause you to question

1:07.0

yourself or to feel confused. This is a week where you are clearing the static, all the

encourage you to share the podcast with others, especially if you find a meditation
