feeling 100% myself and I talked all about it on the episode. So if you haven't

love and support after that episode. It's obviously not easy to put your most

vulnerable self on the internet for anyone to criticize or for anyone to

interpret it the way that they want and so when I put last week's episode out I

was very very nervous that people were gonna think of it and like oh she just

feels bad for herself she's just complaining and that was not my intention and

I'm so so happy that I don't think it came across that way just based on all of

the messages and that like nice things that I've received over the past
