| 2:44.4 | you love or you're frightened so you feel as though your stomach clenches or you're carrying the |
| 2:52.0 | weight of the world on your shoulders so we feel certain emotions in certain areas of our body |
| 3:00.2 | well the ancient yogis came up with a term for this they call it the chakras so today I'm going |
