This week we're exploring a theme that's by request from a fellow meditator.

It is improving how you feel about your body.

And this is a very important topic and I often hear from you letting me know that

one of the benefits of meditation that surprises you is that you begin to feel more confident

and this includes improving your body image.

And you likely expected to feel more peace, more energy, more clarity as you meditate.

But what you do notice from acquiring more peace, energy, and clarity

is that you begin to feel more comfortable with yourself.

You begin to trust yourself and trust what's happening in your life.

And this helps you to feel more confident.

And when you feel more confident and more settled and grounded,

you also begin to honor all of yourself so you begin to honor your body.

And this is so beautiful.

You also notice this with yoga.

You begin to stretch and hold different poses and build confidence in the power and the miracle of your body.
