0:51.0	Think about it. If you're in the US, we've had 10 million transactions a year since I got
0:54.8	started in 1989. Five million buyers, five million sellers. Some of those properties
0:58.8	withdraw, cancel, expire, some of those transactions fall apart, but at the end of the day, you're talking about 10 million transactions a year.
1:06.0	And I would argue that today, when you look at even the web demand of online shoppers, people looking for properties, people saving properties,

1:18.0	I believe the two most important questions that are on the minds of someone that's thinking

1:24.4	Maybe they were thinking about doing something in this spring and because of what's going on in
