Today we were talking about how to ask for help from your husband.

Too often, wives either don't ask for help at all, or they ask, and it goes poorly.

Today, we want to bring the wives some practical tips on how to ask

in our special edition, wives edition? Well, I first of all, just really related with this topic

because I've seen it in my marriage a lot. And I see a lot of my girlfriends dealing with it,

too. It just comes up a lot, you know. Yeah, absolutely.

I think, you know, maybe it's just me, but I feel like I am surrounded by a lot of women who are

just incredibly hardworking, like to the point of pure exhaustion and not getting the help that

they need. And I think part of the reason is our culture has, you know, seen a lot of shifts for women, but sometimes without the necessary causation shifts.

What I mean by that is that so many women work outside the home now and yet are still carrying the primary load of responsibilities at home.
