So, Dr. Kim, why do couples get in communication ruts?

Probably a lot of reasons depending on different couples. The things that I see a lot,

I think just our differences come into in communication styles coming to be a part of that.

You know, one may be real black and white and they're thinking. One may be very analytical.

You know, so I think just how we communicate is part of it.

And we get in these ruts and we get frustrated and so we don't communicate well.
