This year is all about will not want. What will you do? Let's get rid of the want.

Let's get rid of I want to do a wholesale deal. I want to buy a rental property. I want to go full time as a real estate entrepreneur. And let's replace

that with will. Because want, want is kind of hopeful, right? And that's great. And it gets you

motivated, but it's not going to get the job done. Let's be honest. But what you will do when you

commit to it, it sinks deeper into your subconscious. It starts

figuring out paths that you need to take to be able to accomplish whatever your goal is.

So I think this year, we really need to focus on what we put into our vocabulary, what we're

using on a daily basis.
