0:29.1	So let me just start with a simple question for you.
0:31.6	Do you have an iPhone or an Android or a Google phone? The answer is probably
0:35.2	yes to one of those. I don't think anybody's got a BlackBerry anymore. What do you do when they send you that
0:40.8	upgrade notification in terms of the software, right?
0:44.0	Do you update the software or are you using, I don't know, Windows 94?
0:49.8	The odds are you're upgrading the software because when you do things get faster things get more
0:54.7	efficient yes it's always a little wonky in the beginning that's totally normal something
0:59.4	changed you've got a shift and get better but at at the end of the day, that software improvement
1:04.3	makes things faster and better.
1:06.7	Well, the reason I bring that up
1:08.3	is the big software adjustment, change, upgrade
1:11.8	that people are using right now is altering and
1:14.3	improving their listing presentation to be as relevant to today's sellers
1:19.8	as possible and trying to bridge the gap from sellers that are a little crazy with
1:24.4	their price to a little more realistic so they can ultimately get sold and you
1:28.9	get another five-star review. So I want to talk to you about some of the adjustments that I've been in in
