I just want to start by saying that if you are like myself and like so many

of the rock-star agents myself and my coaches are talking to you from around the world,

you're experiencing, you're hearing, you're feeling a very obvious shift in the real estate market.

And what do we know? What do we know? We know that when change occurs, any change occurs it could create a little

worry for some people it could even create doubt for some people and when those

things happen right when change occurs right A subtle shift in the market, right?

Could be positive, even could be negative, right? Could be neutral. Any shift in the

economy, any shift in the real estate market, we start to create that doubt, that worry, that fear, that cynicism.

And the challenge that you and I both know is that when we're in that state, right,

emotionally and mentally, when we're in that state we zap our performance

we're no longer efficient someone says how's the market and they're trying to

figure out should they buy or should they sell and what comes out of your mouth

is horrible.

So my intention today, my friends, is to solve that.

My intention is to have you, I actually wrote down my notes,

to educate you on the truth about the market,

the facts, the stats, the data around the market,

and the language that you can be using
