I'm Rebecca, and I'm Gabe, and we're so glad that you've decided to spend a few minutes with us today

thinking about your rhythms and you know Rebecca this has been a fun day because there's a few things new things going on in this

whole rhythms for life world which is your book and the new curriculum

yes today is the day launch day for the curriculum that goes with Rhythms of Renewal and I'm so

excited because I got to do five 20 minute teaching sessions for this for groups as well

as the study guide that goes alongside that all releases today and it will be

available for the holidays or the new year for those of you who are looking to do groups

at the kick start of a new season for 2020.

Yeah and I would encourage you think about this.

If you've been listening to this alone and you're learning a lot and you're getting a lot out of it,

I mean the power of this conversation with a community of friends is amazing, and I must say Rebecca did an incredible job on the teacher.

I was a part of this those couple days in the background kind of watching helping just being around as they shot you doing this but you poured your heart into this

thing 20 minute sessions each going deep into these as well as really helping people

get more of a scriptural understanding of this because you're a Christian

this is coming out of from a faith perspective for you of God's design right talk a

little bit about what you were doing there well what I love is that God is in all

these rhythms he is in rest he is in restoration connection and

creation and he invites us to join him there he invites us to walk with him

he says in scripture you know says, walk with me,
