Hi, my love. Welcome back to another episode of the Yoga Inspired Life podcast. I'm just going to get right into it. I like to keep it real in the way that I share and to be totally honest with you, the other day I woke

up and I was just not feeling like myself. Nothing happened. Nothing was inherently wrong.

I could rationally recognize that I had absolutely nothing to feel sad about. In fact, I have everything

I desire right now. I am quite literally living my dream

life on all levels. And yet for some reason, I just woke up feeling off, which that is a

conversation for another episode because that's not totally what I wanted to talk about today,

but it will kind of segue into today's topic.

But I do just want to say that I think it's important to share these honest moments

because it is a normal part of the human experience to occasionally slip into a funk or have

an off day energetically, even when everything in life feels and is great and I don't say this to

boast but my life overall is one that is happy and I am very seldomly sad or down or have drama

or am upset and it's taken me many years to create a life like this, but I still do have moments and days

like the other day. Nothing is perfect in life. Anyway, I woke up and I found that I just was not

feeling like myself. And so I tried to do all the things I know to do, a lot of which I share

in the yoga inspiredinspired life program.

I did my meditation practice, I journaled, I had a green juice, I went to a workout,

I went grocery shopping, I got my hands busy in the kitchen and made a really yummy meal.
