More on that to come. I wanted to chat to you about yoga today, but more specifically

about how our yoga practices will ebb and flow. Let me give you some context about this train of thought that I'm

on currently. I was going through my DMs and noticed quite a few messages that were all sort of

geared around a similar theme. And the theme was essentially feeling disconnected from your yoga practice or even feeling guilty

that they haven't practiced in a while slash not feeling inspired to get on their mat and having a

hard time with that. And the reality is that yoga is a practice and practices like everything in life, ebb and flow.

And especially if you're a yoga teacher and you're teaching really any amount of classes per week, maybe not one class, but multiple classes per week.

And teaching yoga has become your way of survival. I think that it's really normal to start to feel uninspired to

devote time to your personal practice. I don't think that it's great. I think that, and in fact,

I know that keeping up with your personal practice is so important as a teacher.

But when it becomes your way of survival, right, because it's paying your bills, the thought of

hopping on your mat after a long day of teaching can feel like more work. At least that's

kind of how it started to feel for me, which made me really sad because yoga was

therapy for me and my passion and honestly my hobby. And when it started to feel like work for me,

I did start to stray from my personal practice. All in all, I think it's really normal for your practice

to shift, change, and evolve. I started practicing yoga, gosh,
