Hey there, today is a special two-parter.

0:10.5

So there's two podcasts.

0:11.5

The first one is about New Year's resolutions.

0:13.2

This one's quick, brief, and then the second one is about what you can do to not feel

0:18.3

1:13.0

change a behavior or develop a new habit or break a bad habit, and that can be hard to

1:17.3

do.

1:18.3

I think one of the main reasons why people don't keep their resolutions is because their

1:21.7

resolutions are too vague.

1:23.6

They'll say things like, well, I want to get healthy.

1:25.6

Or I want to spend more time with my family.
