What's your North Star, what are you building?

What's the vision that you have for your life

and for your business?

So often I'm talking to people that are so busy hustling

and grinding and doing the work.

And then when I stop and say, why?

What do you do it?

What are you actually trying to accomplish?

What's the end result?

What's the end game?

When it's finally complete, when will you stop

and say, I've arrived?

I challenge people all the time.

Maybe you need to write a 10 year letter to yourself

or a 20 year letter as I did back in 2015 when I said,

hey, this is exactly how I want my life to be.

And I remember having my older son read that letter

and thinking, Dad, how did you do this?

How did you pull these visions out of your head?

And I just kept saying to myself,

if my life was as good as it could possibly be,

what would I work towards?
