How we're come into the end of January,

and I think this is an interesting time

to think about people's goals.

This is where people start to forget quickly

the things they were doing,

or they're already finding their habits

a little harder to keep to than they thought they were.

Your first week goes great,

your second week still on it,

and you're now starting to be like,
