Hey girl, I am so excited that you're here for today's episode I think this topic is really going

to hit home with you because we're going to talk about the life that you want now

like today and then how we can use this season even if we're quarantined and feeling all sorts of crazy to serve us

for the lives that we build after we're out of this.

And it's funny because before I ever hit record on every single time that I'm recording an episode, I think about you.

And I think, where would you be listening to this right now? Like what could be going on in your world?

And there's a lot of us that are quarantined to our house. Maybe you know you had a job and now you're

working from home and life just looks a little bit different. But also I

thought about the nurses. I thought about the essential workers and maybe that's you that you're going

physically out of your house to your job you're putting yourself out there and I

just wanted to take a second and say thank you for how you're showing up and for the support that you're giving and if you're a teacher and you're at home

trying to navigate this or you're a parent trying to homeschool your kids like I just

want to send so much freaking love your way and I'm so excited for this
