all the different areas of your life, your pain, your inspiration, your sorrows, your greatest joys. And so I have a fun challenge for you today. And I also have

into a meditation for you so that you can see how you put it all together, all the different

techniques into one meditation. So for your fun challenge today, I encourage you to be actively engaged in peace today. That's been a focus

on this theme where you create your own peace. You choose peace and you must share it with others. You must activate peace.

So your fun challenge is to actively engage yourself with peace to the extent that you seek

out someone else and share your peace with one other person. It could even be a group of
