| 0:00.0 | Hi, it's Andy here and welcome back to Radio Headspace. |
| 0:14.5 | So it's Wednesday morning and last weekend, a very good friend of mine went up to the |
| 0:19.6 | nearby mountains, just staying a cabin in the woods. |
| 0:22.6 | It sounds very romantic, he's with his young family though, I'm not sure how peaceful |
| 0:26.2 | it actually was, but it sounds very romantic. |

| 1:40.0 | as freely as we might like to, forgetting the fact that for anybody else we are just one |
| 1:44.7 | of the people. |
| 1:46.2 | And the same is true here in L.A. the commute on the freeway. |
