Immerse yourself in the tranquility of the beach.

Just in time for summer rest and relaxation (if you're in the Northern hemisphere), this week you're being transported to the tranquility of the beach! All week long, immerse yourself in water-themed meditations to cleanse your mind, body, and soul. This is a reply of a meditation series I recorded a few years ago. I hope you enjoy it as much as I enjoyed recording it for you!

And I encourage you to escape with me to the beach, whether or not you actually go to a beach or whether it's just in your mind.

The benefits will be similar because the beach conjures images of tranquility and when many people think of escaping they think of the beach.

So as you get ready to do the meditation techniques for this week, I encourage you to treat this week as a little escape for yourself.

So think about things you like to do when you escape.

Maybe you wear certain casual comfortable clothes or your flip flops or maybe you treat yourself to special coffee or tea or a meal or light a candle to put yourself in the mood of tranquility.
