Well, we're still in a pandemic.

Things are getting better, but they're still not even close to being back to normal.

There's still a lot of restrictions in terms of where we can travel to and what we can do once we get there.

And some of us really just don't know that comfortable traveling yet.

You know, some of us want to stay as close to home as possible.

And that's fine. We should be doing things to keep us safe and more importantly be conscious of doing things to keep other people safe.

Are there ways we can still enjoy the outdoors though? You bet.

And I found a really cool one.

They're called virtual challenges. They're pretty cool and I'm going to talk about how that works.

First of all, let me start by explaining what a virtual challenge is.

It's basically in a nutshell, online fitness goals.

Walking, running, swimming, cycling, indoor activities such as stationary bikes.

Many of them offer some of them offer specific types of activities like there's virtual challenges that for specifically into runners or bikers.

Whether there's the one I'm currently involved in, which I can do any sort of physical activity or outdoor activity and it applies towards my goal.

You set, you pick a challenge and you pretty much start working on it.
