Give Jennifer Garner her props for not getting insane about losing her baby weight. Phyllis guru Valerie Waters, who is working with her, says, quote,

Jen is on target to getting back to her pre-baby figure through moderate exercise and sensible eating.

She is not jumping on that celebrity mom bandwagon of getting super skinny, super quickly.

She is more concerned about keeping healthy and spending time with her baby

Violet than anything else. Now my friends, yes indeed, is Father Bailey coming at July from the

pulpit of Q100. And this morning I want to talk about the beautiful Jennifer Garner and the

so-called weight issues that she's having. And as you notice what I said today from the

entertainment buzz, There are people

talking about that the sister ain't fine anymore, but I want to tell y'all a few things right now to let y'all know what's going on. Now, you know, we live in a very superficial world, and we all want to make sure that we look right and look tight. I mean, I'm seeing a nutritionist right now who's helping me to eat right so I can live a good and healthy life.

However, I feel that too many of us are concerned with the outward appearances that we are and we are not focusing on what really matters on the inside.
