| 1:01.0 | Your challenge this week has been to keep a journal where upon awakening |
| 1:08.8 | immediately you grab your notebook and pen and you write down your dream and also write down how well you slept. You can write down a word or two about your dream. maybe that's all you really remember. |

| 1:27.3 | but the rest is kind of fuzzy. |
| 1:28.8 | Just write that down. |
| 1:31.3 | And then this is important. As you go throughout your day, try to think about your |
| 1:40.3 | dream because what you'll be surprised to discover and this happened to me this |
| 1:46.0 | week is that you may remember fragments of that dream. |
| 1:54.0 | It may come to you in the middle of the afternoon |
| 1:59.0 | when you're doing something completely different |
| 2:02.0 | and all of a sudden you remember a fragment |
| 2:06.9 | from that dream because you're consciously training yourself to remember your |
