maintain a dream journal. each morning immediately upon waking, write down the dreams you had as best as you can. at the end of the week, notice any patterns in your dreams.

Now I wonder how you are doing with your dream journal.

Your challenge this week has been to keep a journal where upon awakening

immediately you grab your notebook and pen and you write down your dream and also write down how well you slept. You can write down a word or two about your dream. maybe that's all you really remember.

Maybe you remember, well, there was a chair,

but the rest is kind of fuzzy.

Just write that down.

And then this is important. As you go throughout your day, try to think about your

dream because what you'll be surprised to discover and this happened to me this

week is that you may remember fragments of that dream.

It may come to you in the middle of the afternoon

when you're doing something completely different

and all of a sudden you remember a fragment

from that dream because you're consciously training yourself to remember your
