Together, we will unlock the hidden wisdom of our subconscious minds and embark on a journey of self-discovery and transformation.

THIS WEEK'S CHALLENGE: MAINTAIN A SLEEP JOURNAL

maintain a dream journal. each morning immediately upon waking, write down the dreams you had as best as you can. at the end of the week, notice any patterns in your dreams.

meditation. So this will be a sleep dream flow meditation and I want to mention that usually on day four of a series I share with you a technique called a mudra.

Well I realize that I forgot to share with you the moodra in this week's past day four.

So I'm going to share that with you now because it's an important mudra that I encourage you to do every evening

As you go to sleep this is called the Kaysipana Mudra and it's a simple Mudra to do and what it does is you release negative energy.
