Summary
What do your friendships reveal about you?
Do you often find yourself zoning out? How about when others are talking to you -- do you really listen to them? Or, do you unintentionally tune them out? Distractions are at an all-time high these days. This week, you're guided in meditations to begin to reclaim your focus. You'll be tuning into different aspects of focus all week long. Listen to your own intuition, listen to what others are revealing to you, listen to what strangers may impart to you, and discover how both your positive and negative thoughts may steal your attention.
This is day 4 of a 7-day meditation series, Listen to Your Inner Wisdom, episodes 2614-2620.
