Summary

Let go of negative thought patterns that may sabotage your inner peace.

Do you often find yourself zoning out? How about when others are talking to you -- do you really listen to them? Or, do you unintentionally tune them out? I have been very mindful this week, she says, that whenever my partner speaks, I turn my

phone over, set it down and give him my full attention.

Even if I'm not that interested in what he's about to say, interestingly, I often become

In doing this repeatedly, I'm noticing how often I've previously been half listening
