And now here's your host, Michael Cashew. Welcome back. I got this question recently on Instagram from this lady who asked, how do you maintain a positive mindset

when everything on the news is so terrible, when it seems like we're in the worst time period

in history? I think this is an incredibly important thing for us to master in our lifetime.

Because if you base your mindset and your sense of reality

on what the news shows, you will probably think we're living in hell. And so I think it's important

because if you can master this, you'll go through life being happier with a more positive mindset. You will also make better

decisions. You'll be more clear-headed. And if you don't, if you believe everything the news says,

then you will probably go through life full of fear, full of doubt. You'll probably make poor

decisions based on propaganda from news channels with an agenda. And I think

that this is such a huge issue because in the past, the news was the most reliable source of
