| 1:28.0 | Life has thrown me some pretty serious curveballs since I last hosted the show. |
| 1:34.0 | But I'm so glad to be back and so grateful to this community. |
| 1:40.0 | I've been thinking a lot about where to start and truthfully I was pretty nervous about coming back on the show. |
| 1:47.0 | A lot of pain and heartache has occurred. My mum passed away in June after a really tough and painful battle with cancer. |
| 1:58.0 | I know deep down that things won't always feel like they're falling apart, but grief is a journey and I'm on it. |
| 2:07.0 | Sadly I've been here before. My dad died very suddenly five years ago and while that doesn't make this easier, it's given me a bit of a road map for how to deal with this loss. |

| 2:32.0 | And by doing so hopefully open up some healthy and supportive conversations about it. |
