your patience quest. Every single week you are challenged to go on a quest. This

is something you focus on every single day as you go through a meditation

series. This is a way to feel attuned to the theme and your theme to allow

patience when you're feeling angry is the challenge. So I wonder if you've

been able to notice yourself feel a little more patient or tolerant of events,

situations and people as you've managed anger this week. This is a time where

many people are feeling angry and as you begin to allow yourself to tap into

patience you'll find that you're able to manage your anger much better
