We're launching into this week. Every week, we follow a theme.

The theme for this week's series is love and compassion for the world.

There's so much going on in the world, and we're focused on the people who are suffering

tremendously in the Ukraine and in other parts of the world as well.

I've heard from many of you letting me know that you're having a hard time finding peace.

So this is a week to cultivate peace. And remember, when you cultivate peace,

then you can share your peace. As with each week's series and new theme, you also have a challenge

this week. Your challenge is to share love and compassion with someone else.

Select one person you know, or maybe you don't know this person, but you know they could benefit

from love and compassion. As you share love and compassion with this person, be a secret pal to them.

So don't let them know what you're doing. Do your best to share love and compassion

instantly calm your mind and body. I find myself listening to a lot of calming music these days,

and my favorite place to listen is a YouTube channel called content with music. That's content

C-O-N-T-E-N-T with music. And when you listen to this channel, it helps you to carry the peace you

gained in meditation into your day. So when you are meditating afterwards, when you get up and go

about your day, try to ease into your day and to keep the benefits of meditation with you for us
