a challenge and the challenge for this week is to go on a daily vision quest.

This is where you spend a few minutes, maybe one minute, maybe two minutes, visualizing

yourself feeling how you want to feel and doing what it is you want to be doing.

And as you do this vision quest, ask yourself these two questions.

How do you want to feel and what is it you want to achieve?

Each time you give yourself this vision quest, I hope you'll do it as you start your

day and as you enter your day and maybe throughout your day, giving yourself a pause and tapping

into how you're feeling and maybe what's contributing to any stress or anxiety you might

be feeling and going on that vision quest, visualizing yourself feeling the way you
