Seven countries voted against the resolution to condemn Russia for its invasion of Ukraine.

The document read that the Russian Federation immediately,

completely and unconditionally withdraw all of its military forces from the territory of Ukraine,

within its internationally recognised borders,

and called immediately for a cessation of hostilities.
