Commenting one year into the war in Europe, the global North War, the World War, point

of view of Brussels, a twin capital, the European Union, which is enjoyed the blessing of a mild

winter, maintaining its energy resources near full without straining the public for electricity

costs or natural gas costs for the first year, the second year and third year now need

preparation.

However, NATO is also headquartered in Brussels, and the NATO point of view must include the

question mark, what is to be done about the whole of NATO's defenses.

During Ukraine war, and if there is a ceasefire across all of the map from the Arctic Ocean

at least to the Black Sea, Professor NATO's point of view is unanimous.

At Munich, many or most of the leaders stood up on the stage, I'm told, and said, we're

with Ukraine, we must win this war.
