There are various reports in these last days, and I welcome Henry Sikolsky of the executive

director of the Nonproliferation Policy Education Center to comment on these reports because

they're not all of the same kind or the same direction. We begin with a report from the IAEA,

that's the UN's nuclear watchdog, much involved in the news in Ukraine because of the dangers of

the Zapparition Nuclear Power Plan, which is the largest in Europe and now at risk constantly.

In a battle zone, managed by unknowns said to be Russ Adam, that would be the Russian Atomic

Agency, but also managed in some fashion by Ukraine's Atomic Agency, not happily. The report is that

the IAEA says that it has a $235 million hole in its budget, and it's going to run out because of

what are called deadbeats. That would be the US and China. Henry, is this a surprise given

all the attention Mr. Grossy has gained these last months, is daring trips to Zapparition of Warzone,

and his budget is broken. What can he do, but even to?

Good evening. It is a surprise, I think. I was kind of astonished, caught flat footed with this story.

I thought I would know if the United States wasn't paying its dues. The China wouldn't have to

do with Fukushima. They're protesting that the Japanese have released the, you know, water

treaty and levels that actually are much lower than the water levels that China or treaty

levels China has released into the ocean, but that's political warfare. Okay. There are other

countries besides the US and China. I think the US is a little murky because there's not been

an official explanation for why we're not paying, and so I'm a little in the dark off of that,
