You may know, you may not know, that relationship anxiety is a topic that is extremely close to

my heart, as it is something that I have or did deal with and still occasionally deal

with for years, decades of my life.

It was really an all-consuming part of my mental world for a very long time.

And over the years of using coaching to move my attachment patterns from disorganized attachment

and anxious to disorganized attachment into secure attachment.

And using ThoughtWork really on my relationship with myself and my beliefs about myself, I've

really radically transformed this area of my life to the point that I experienced very

little relationship anxiety now.

if there was a zero to 100 scale relationship anxiety, I was probably at 100.

I mean, I had an entire long-term relationship that I was pretty much anxious about the entire
