In today's meditation, you're going to connect to collective knowing, echoes of wisdom that have sounded across millennia. Sometimes a truth resonates so profoundly within you

that it feels ancient, universal, or even ancestral. You may suddenly become aware of a truth. You know you've always known. This isn't

just your own personal insight. It's an echo of wisdom that transcends individual experience. It helps you to tap into a larger collective human consciousness
