You'll be visualizing a color which can support you as you meditate.

And also, color therapy can help you feel safe and protected.

And sometimes we feel our most vulnerable when we are in a relationship with someone.

And so the color I'll be sharing with you today as you meditate is blue.

It's not just any color of blue. It's a deep indigo blue. And this is the color of your fifth

chakra. If you're not sure what a chakra is, you could think of chakras as areas in your body where you harbor your emotions

and your experiences. Your memories of past events and your feelings are harbored somewhere

within you. And so when you consider particular chakras, most people agree there are seven chakras,
