When I sit down to meditate,

And then when I begin to feel my mind and my body relax then I immerse myself in inner stillness I ease myself to this place

of silence and this is true meditation when you are allowing yourself to open up to this stillness.

It's difficult to be going about your busy day and then to sit down to meditate and expect yourself to instantly feel this state of peace and calm.

In fact, I hear many newcomers to meditation tell me they're just not cut out to meditate because

Their mind won't stop wandering or they're not really sure what to do while they're sitting there.
