It might mean sitting out on your balcony or maybe you have a beautiful yard or garden to sit in.

You might go to a park or a beach or somewhere where you feel connected to nature and do today's final meditation.

As you sit up straight, close your eyes, gently elevating them to the point between your eyebrows, your spiritual eye,
