I picked up a slight Tylenol PM dependency this past week and I've been weaning myself off.

So I've been up since 3 a.m. Googling like, you know,

brass mushroom table lamps and, um, Hanukkah stockings because that's where I'm at mentally.

But I'm back. I'm in my home. I'm so happy to be here.

She was on the road last week.

We'll talk about that, you know, I woke up this morning and before I did my gratitude journal

and gave myself five positive affirmations like every morning when I wake up, I just like,

I don't reach for my phone. I close my eyes. I think of five things I'm grateful for.

I do some breath work, a sound bath and then I shove my fist up my ass and then I immediately

reach for my phone and Leo's penis. And while I'm giving him his morning 3 a.m. hand job,

I obviously troll the internet, okay, because it's called self care.

Now I knew today was going to be an amazing day because the first thing I saw it and heard was

Willow Smith on Instagram live this morning at a beautiful 4 a.m. attender, tender 4 a.m.

Because, you know, everybody really needs guidance and wisdom from a trust fund baby with an iPhone.

It's just, you know, everybody has a stage and as they should. And listen, I like Willow Smith.
