Summary

Michelle Perry is a life empowerment coach who uses cognitive behavioral empowerment to help people create powerful change in their lives, so that they can contribute better to the world around them. In this episode, we’re discussing how we can transform our lives using gratitude, to help transition our lives through daily tasks and a daily mindset. Michelle says that when we practice genuine self care, we are able to see and appreciate what we have in our lives, instead of what we don’t. Then, Lindsey is challenging listeners to participate in 100 days of gratitude. Each day, she asks listeners to write down one thing they’re grateful for, and notes just how simple and basic those things may be.

So often we talk about self-care and not that many people really take a moment to decide what does that mean to them but how does self-care benefit you and not just superficial self-care of like, oh yeah, I went and got a massage, but like genuine
