Your mindset is extraordinarily important. The words that you say matter. And so when we think about the way that we think about ourselves, the way that we think about the world, we have certain beliefs about the world around us. And we pay attention to

certain things depending on how our beliefs communicate to us. One of the things that many of us

struggle with, probably all of us struggle with at some point in time, is limiting

beliefs, limitations on what we think is possible for ourselves and our lives. I was listening to an amazing Oprah

Super Soul conversation the other day with Jane Fonda and her daughter, Mary Williams. And Mary

said that getting to know Jane made her think about the future for the first time in

your life. That was an amazing thing for me to hear because, you know, guys, I was raised

solidly middle class. I have my own privilege. And the thought of the future was always there in my mind. It was always present for me. I always knew I was going to graduate high school. I always knew I was going to go to college. I always knew that there was a future ahead of me.
